Finding American Hero Companies
We use a unique research process, developed and refined over the last 15 years, to find and score potential American Hero Companies. Although we consider numerous principles and values, our research standards are based primarily on three fundamental American values; integrity, caring and courage. Sugcategories include nine areas including servant leadership, fiscal responsibility, customer service and ministry. Companies must achieve a score of 400 out of a possible 500 to become designated as an American Hero Company. Currently, less than 5% of companies meet this stringent criteria.
Though outwardly positive, our extensive research process allows us to become aware of the negative aspects of companies. Even though we do not automatically eliminate companies from consideration, there are certain objectionable policies, practices and products that would make it highly unlikely for some companies to qualify.
We conduct an extensive analysis that includes 300 questions
grouped around 3 critical values and 9 categories.
